Hello, i have an issue with this modem. I was trying a firmware upgrade from the modem page 192.168.1.1 and it hasn't rebooted anymore. The only thing I can see is a flashing green light on the power led. Can you help me to restore this modem?

Hi, I have the same with my DX5401 router. After a firmware update, the router no longer starts up, only every minute all LEDs turn on for a count and then the power LED flashes quickly a number of times. I can no longer access the router. Anyone have a solution?0
