Hello, I have some problems with my 5G router NR2101 (admin login and lan port). As a solution, I would like to install the firmware: V1.00(ABUS.4)C0 again to see if the problem is solved. Or if you have a newer firmware to download please. Thank you

    1. Does it mean that your NR2101 is already using V1.00(ABUS.4)C0?
    2. Could you please describe the problems you're facing in more details?

  • Yes
    The problem is that when I log in, I get logon denied and then I come in.
    Number 2 error is that I do not get any IP address via the RJ45 connector
    That's why I'm thinking of trying to reinstall the firmware and if that doesn't help, then it could be a hardware error

    if you are in the web gui, then what happens if you click on the "Upgrade From Network" button on the Firmware Upgrade screen?

    If that doesn't work, then I think that I cannot help you further.

    In terms of having an IP address allocated, have you got DHCP enabled on your NR2101?
           - on the LAN Settings screen (see section 10 of the user guide.)
                  - it would affect wireless clients as well as wired connection.

  • When I use "Upgrade From Network" so it says "Your current version is up to date"
    and yes DHCP is enabled
    but it does not help to try to install new firmware, for those things I have tested :-)


  • Is it possible to get that firmware ?????????? and no, version NR2101_2C000_3C000 from Dropbox does not work
