I'd like to turn off the 5 GHz band and only use 2,4 GHz. How?

    Hi @AAltzar,

We found both NWA55AXE registered under your account are managed by Nebula.

You can configure the specific SSID band setting by following the below path on Nebula:

Nebula >> Left sidebar “Access point” >> SSID settings

    1.      If the simple mode is activated, please disable it first.

    2.      Find the SSID you want to modify (We use SSID “Demo” here to demo for you), and click the “Edit” button in SSID advanced settings section.

    3.      Scroll down the page, uncheck the 5GHz and 6GHz band select box then click the “Back” button.

    4.      Check the Band mode, then click the “Save” button to keep the modification.

    5.      Wait until the configuration status of the AP are “Up to date” to ensure the settings are applied to the AP. (If there is no configuration status showing up, please check the list-icon button on the right side, and select the configuration status select box)

Nebula >> Left sidebar “Access point” >> Access points

    Thank you.
