XGS1250-12 Port 9 and 10 don't work after power down

Seems that I have faced the same issue with my XGS1250-12. Last night there was a short power outage and this morning I found the 10G ports down and couldn't revive them.

I bought the switch in July 2022, thus right now it is out of the 2y warranty. The 1G ports work just fine and I can still manage the switch via its web interface. Plus it has the latest firmware (V2.00(ABWE.0)C0).

Is this a known hardware issue (being sensitive to power outages on 10G ports)?

Can I still raise a RMA request?

On the other hand, all 1G ports are working just fine and I can still access and manage the switch via the web interface.
