Uppgrade firmware wsr30

How do I upgrade firmware on multy WSR30? I have lost connection to wifi and cannot do anything trough the app and it keeps sending me here, couldn't seem to find a way researching, would really appreciate the help, thanks.

    What is your main Multy U device LED status when the issue occur?
    Is your LED on the main Multy device LED red?
    If so, please try to remove the WAN ethernet cable and plug in the WAN ethernet cable again.
    If it does not work, you can power cycle the Multy.
    When the internet works on Multy devices, you can use the app to connect to the Multy APP.
    The latest firmware now on Multy U is V1.00ABMY.13)C0.
    The firmware support to be upgraded on the Multy APP.

    No that hasn't worked either, whats a power circle? I' ve reset it like four times and followed the instructions on the app, at the end of the process it turnes red and says its unable to access the internet, it wont do the firmwareupdate to access it to begin with I think
