some things that crossed to my mind setting up MSP Alert Templates in the Nebula MSP Portal

• Ability  to disable Notifications for certain System Alerts during specific times

• Ability to set specific Ports for Switch Alerts (currently you can only select "any ports")

• Customization for System Alerts (subject, custom text, custom logo, etc.)

I would love to be able to bulk enable alerts by device type for clients.  Either using a flag, or just checking boxes in a column view.

Switch ports as well.  99% of the ports we don't need to monitor, but a few of them are important.

Hi Chris,
I am noticing in the MSP portal there are alert templates now.  So a big part of this is complete, if I'm not mistaken.  It looks nice!
