NSG100 Firewall blocks everything

I've used this device for nearly 2 years without any firewall issues. Today it stopped allowing everything through. The logs show a priority 1 rule for all the dropped packets but the description doesn't match the actual priority 1 firewall rule in the firewall settings.  It's acting like it's pulling the rules from a different source. Any ideas.

    May I know how you recover it by reboot or etc...
    Could you please help me to confirm if there are any logs mentioned about reach to the session threshold? 
    If not please help to activate the "Invite Zyxel support" at Nebula, Help>Support request also provide me your org./site name and the timestamp when did the issue occur.  :)
