What happens? I can see the device offline on the web control panel.
Can I do a firmware update? So yes how?

Hello @JanBernaerts
Welcome to the community!
The sys LED blinking because of it trying to synchronize with the server, is the PC can get online if connect to its LAN site? If so, can you SSH (from LAN to NSG LAN interface) to it then with the command "nslookup d.nebula.zyxel.com" to confirm if NSG can resolve the domain name. (Please post the screenshot of the result.)
