Recent NSG100 firmware update kills device?

I pressed the update now button on one of the NSG100 we have here, and apparently it bricked the appliance. Any known bug or issue others might have noticed?

Eventually a recovery SOP for mine?

    Hi Peppino,

    We haven't received any reports about the firmware upgrade killing the device.
    Could you share your service impact on what appliance is bricked?
    • Such as you can not change any configuration on Nebula?
    • Or your network service has been impacted?
    • Can it be recovered by reboot?
    Also, please help to check if you can ping the NSG LAN 1 interface or not.
    If yes, please follow the file I PM you to upgrade the firmware.

    Dear Melen,

    Thank you for the help, I will be able to check it on Monday only, as the firewall is locked into a server room, and the guy is on holiday. I will keep you posted.
