Always problems...
For cloud user (user via Zyxel Drive android app) I check boxes - READ ONLY for all folders. I do not want to someone hack password and change my files (that already was happened).

But after I connect from app to NAS, wiew some files and connect off in NAS control panel: cloud user now hawe read/write rights ???

How I can create cloud user with read only rights?

The cloud user account bind with admin account, disable the admin and cloud user right for the folder, then the cloud user cannot access the folder.
The cloud user will follow the admin right.

So, that is mean - I can not create cloud user with "read only" rights? (If admin has read/write rights on same folder)

Yes, when limiting the admin user rights, it will also limit the cloud user rights.
