Double Nat Xbox VMG8825-T50

Hi

I have the VMG8825-T50 on my digital home full fibre but when I am trying to play online games either through my Xbox series X or my PC with gamepass I have Double Nat restrictions which seem to be impacting my Nat type and playing. I have read the instructions on Microsoft website to try and alter this in the router but the ideas they give arnt listed on the router. The main thing it says is in wireless to change to bridge mode but cant find that on my router also I am not on wireless I am on ethernet connection. Another suggestion is AP mode again cant find that in router any help would be greatly received. Many thanks in advance
