Network Quality - Alert on high CRC errors

I would love to have the ability to alert if there are switch ports that report a certain amount of CRC errors.  This would help us to be proactive on the network.  Also some weird failure types I have seen- switch speed dropping from 1000T to 100T or 10T (indicates wire issue), PoE status going up and down rapidly.  It would be nice to get a report or alert of this type of issue on the network.
