No email report from USG200

Hi support,

I have a USG200.

I would like to get a daily email report from my USG.

I copied pasted my google credentials from Firefox to the configure email daily report page.

Unfortunately, when I click on the "Send report now", nothing is received and nothing is the send mailbox folder.

What's wrong, is it a bug? Is there a custom configuration for the google smtp settings?

Greeting forum, For Gmail notification, you have to create application password first.

1)Please kindly check SMTP doman can be resolved and capture packets. There will packtes out when send report.

If all of settings looks well, May we schedule remote session to check the issue?
