Is it mandatory to register an account before setting up Multy?






No, it is not mandatory to register an account before setting up Multy
However, it is recommended to register an account on
myZyxelCloud for better support and services.
With a registered account, the configurations are saved in
both your mobile device and myZyxelCloud. You can manage Multy M1 units from
any of your mobile devices with the same account.
Without an account, the configurations are only saved in one specific mobile device which is used to set up Multy M1. You can only manage Multy M1 units with the specific mobile device in this case.
Currently,
we do not support changing the account from one to another directly.
The only way to change the account which is registered on Multy M1 is to reset the Multy device.
If you have already changed the account and do not want to keep the old account.
Send us the feedback on the Multy APP, we’ll help to remove the account.
Go to Multy APP > Settings > Delete Account
