Problem with modem on zyxel nr7101

Welcome to the forum, I have a problem with zyxel router nr7101 which is not under warranty. Exactly the problem is the modem built into it. It's not working properly for some reason - maybe it was because of the update but I don't know. As I have already changed some routers, I would like to try to fix it. Unfortunately, without the help of support or zyxel engineers, this may be difficult, but not impossible. I found quite a few things myself. The modem is not visible in the system. Due to the fact that although the original software is really rich in functions, unfortunately I did not find AT communication in it. So I temporarily installed openwrt on it to see what was going on. The modem appears on the usb bus as 3 devices ttyUSB1, ttyUSB2 and ttyUSB3 and is present for exactly 40 seconds then disappears for 9 seconds and is visible again. During the 40 seconds when it is available, I can query it via picocom with AT commands. AFTER the ATI command, the modem modem and software version are displayed. With the meter, I was also able to find the uart from the modem, which is marked on the PCB as J6. And there, after plugging in the cp2102 ttl converter, I have these logs:

         Starting Reboot...

It cannot be stopped by any of the commands I know of. In a normally working modem, the log ending the whole modem startup is the following entry:

mdm 1932 sdxprairie ttyMSM0
sdxprairie login:

In the case of the damaged one, it is as I showed above. The modem goes into a boot loop. I suppose, although I may be wrong, that this is not a problem in the modem's power section because the modem in the logs informs that it will reboot itself, which it does. With a problem in the power section, it would simply be a break in the logs, and here is a specific message that it will turn off ...

1. Can the zyxel team tell me if there is a pin on the PCB that is used to put the modem into EDL mode, i.e. emergency download mode?

2. Are there additional D+ and D- additional pins for communication over the USB bus (I omit those for mt7621 because it is known that they must be)?

3. What is the point on the plate marked X1 and X2 for?

4. Next to the uart pins (J5) there is a 2-pin point - one is GND and the other is about 3.3V relative to GND - what are these 2 pins for?

Please help save the environment from another e-waste :)
