Hi @malakudi,
Could you help to use Nebula Web GUI to enable Zyxel support access for me to check?
Please go to Help center > support request > Zyxel support access to enable and save.

Just want to add that from web gui there is no error and clients are shown. It is android app only that has the error.
Support is already enabled for my site due to a different problem.0 -
Hi @malakudi,
Thanks for the privilege, I can replicate this error from my Android smartphone.
I will help to ask our engineer to investigate this problem.Melen0 -
I report that issue has been fixed. Can you provide some info why this happened?

Hi @malakudi
This is because there have some issue data in client page which causes this error, and we had fix this yesterday.
You can feel free to use Nebula control center and Nebula APP.Melen0 -
It was something I made it happen by bad handling when I removed/re-added one access point, or it was something irrelevant of my actions? Asking in order to avoid happening again.0

Hi @malakudi,
Sorry for the late reply.
The issue data is not due to removing/re-adding one access point since the time when the issue happened was not the same as the time you removed the device.
We are still looking for why the issue data occur and trying to replicate the problem.
I will keep you posted.
