Hi
I have a Zyxel MSC100G Management Switch Card, but i dont know the login name and password.
I think i can reset the switch card by uploading a default configuration file, but i cant find such file when searching on google. Does anyone know where to obtain a default confuguration file? Or perhaps a firmware update (if that will reset settings too?) Please please help!

Btw, its running Bootbase version V1.02 and ZyNOS V3.96(LU.2)0
