Hello everyone,

I am facing a connection problem with my NAS, that seems to be impossible to solve.

The network can be pinged from the nas326.

I would like to mount the admin-1 folder. This config is set for it:

The folder is categorised to normal:

I can reach my files on the file browser of nas326

In the NSU the NAS cannot be seen (Zyxel NAS Starter Utility)

I tried to carry out the connection manually, but the windows explorer and even the TC cannot find it.

-The subnet-mask is the same on the nas326 and on my PC (255.255.255.0)
-I made a hardware reset on the NAS itself (with the physical button)
-I made a nas326 reset to factory level at http://nas326/
-I turned on and off the NAS and the Wifi also (the NAS is connected with cable to wifi and from wifi to my PC with a simple UTP cable)
-My system used to work. I updated the firmware, and since that I cannot access my data.

I would be pleased if someone could help me. I am thinking about to move this system to the garbage at this point.

Thank you in advance for any assistance of yours!

Alright, with 2 days of investigation I found out a solution.

NSU is absolutely useless to solve this case, even the network searching. However the path exists. you have to "guess"/manually type the access path in the settings:

\\"type of your nas"\"name of your folder"

in my case it was \\nas326\admin-1

    For me, it was working....

    Hi @Tamas7730

    Thanks for the feedback.
The NAS Starter Utility has been EOL. Please refer to the article below. https://community.zyxel.com/en/discussion/13907/nsa-starter-utility-eol-announcement#latest

The path of the folder Ex: type"\\<NAS IP address or Hostname>\admin" will map the admin folder located on the NAS
