NR5101 Issues with Cellular

So I have installed router and done external antenna with help of zexyl air app. Issue i have why i my phone is showing -96dbm and 4 bars most of time but when logging in on the 192.168.1.1it shows -115 and 2 bars. I am using external antenna.

Is your external antenna a directional one or an omnidirectional one?
If it is a directional antenna, then you might want to try turning it around in the horizontal plane to see if you can get a stronger signal or not.
