VMG8825-T50 USB Not Working

Hi
I have the VMG8825-T50 and have connected an USB thumb drive formatted in FAT32 to the USB slot but in Network Settings there is no mention of USB at all.
My Router is running Firmware V5.50(ABOM.7)C0 does anyone know why I can't access the USB drive or why the option in Network Settings isnt there.

It is recommended to format it or replace the USB flash drive, then insert it again.
If it still doesn't work, please contact the retailer or ISP where you purchased the device.
