Firmware for NAS542

I want to upgrade the firmware but the NAS tells me the connection to the server is hanging.  You’ve shut down the FTP site and the Download Library doesn’t show my device.  How can I get the latest firmware?  If I try to connect from the NAS the connection hangs and none of the sites here have any useful information.

    Hi @4yawbontva

    The firmware of the NAS542 can download on the FTP server
    ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/NAS542/firmware/521ABAG9C0.zip
    You can use FTP client to download it.
    Or you can upgrade on the NAS web GUI, go to Control Panel >System > FW Upgrade >Latest Firmware Check to upgrade it.

    Firmware has been upgraded.<br>The firmware has been upgraded successfully on 2023/01/10 at 08:05.<br>Firmware version: V5.21(ABAG.2)

    The GUI upgrade still doesn't work but the FTP site had the file.  Thank you.  :)
