Error when attempting config backup of AMG1302-T10B

I have done a factory reset of the router. After I restored the backup I tried to do a new backup but got the error below. I then upgraded the firmware to 16 but still error.

404 Not Found

The requested URL /romfile.cfg was not found on this server.

I recommend that you can reset to the factory default first and modify the configuration again, and then try to backup the configuration again to see if the problem is solved.
