Change or recognize already installed Ethernet connected devices?

How do I get the EX3301-T0 to recognize my Ethernet connected devices? I changed the network name and password to match my old router so WiFi devices connected but I think the DNS was changed on my hardwired devices. I've searched in settings but can't even find a list of any device let alone being able to change the DNS. I received the router from my internet provider, Voneus here in the UK. It replaced a MikroTik router.
