Apology for the previous incorrect information.   

Before you get the gateway and the SFP module, the ISP has recorded the serial number of the PM7000-01 and finished the registry process.  When the connection links, the ISP will verify the Serial number of the SFP is as same as the registry information or not.   

I will help to clarify if the XGS1250-12 can link up with PM7010-R0 and update the result to you.

Apology for the late reply. I took some time to build the test surrounding.

My test result is that the PM7010-R0 can work with XGS1250-12, and the packets can be forwarded.

So, you might need to contact your ISP for changing the Serial number of the SFP module.
