How do I activate my PRO Nebula license?
Today I purchased the licences my organisation needs to upgrade to PRO level.
They were assigned to the APs. How are they activated? I don't have the UPGRADE button.
I would add that the PRO licence is being upgraded from the PLUS licence for 1 month only.

Have all your devices in this org been assigned a pro license?
If yes, could you help to enable Zyxel support for me to check and provide the org name with me?

Apology for the late reply.
Just want to inform you that your organization is Pro now.
In addition, once the pro licenses expire, your organization will enter grace period. But the Plus license also starts counting at the same time.
We recommend you remember upgrade to Plus org manually after Pro licenses expired. Otherwise, your rights will be harmed.
