Hello,
I one AP conected via LAN to the 5G Router and one AP linked over WLAN.
Unfortunately both AP`s shown as offline in Nebula APP und on the Nebula website.
WLAN and Internetconnection for the clients are working properly.
With a second 5g Router (Huawei CPE2 Pro) it`s working properly.
Port Forwarding (4335/6667/443/123) has been configured, but this seems to to solve the issue.

Please refer to this link to check the Cloud Control Status when AP is offline on Nebula.
If the AP is still offline after above information confirmed or there is no condition as yours list above, please collect Diagnostics at MAINTENANCE page for Zyxel support.
Please enable the Zyxel support at Help > Support request > Invite Zyxel support as administrator, save the changes for us to check. https://community.zyxel.com/en/discussion/14234
