Managing Licenses for multiple ORGs & sites

Hello all. What is the easiest way to manage licensing across multiple ORGs and sites? We currently have ~50 ORGs, and there is no easy way to see when licenses are about to expire (currently you have to go into each ORG, then License & Inventory).
