Hi, i use ATP200 with Nebula controller, when I use the feature in Nebula, L2TP over IPSec VPN, I can't access via Http and Https to all active Lan clients.

I tried to ping them but got no response. the problem is only with some clients

Feedback from the Nebula Live Chat team, your issue is solved.
We determine the root cause is with the server's firewall due to other LAN hosts responding without a problem.

    Welcome to Zyxel community!
I would like to clarify the behavior. Does the event log show anything when the issue occurs? Also, could you test if it's VPN client device related or user account related? And is it possible to ping from the LAN network to the L2TP clients?

For further checking, please enable Zyxel support access and provide your org/site via private message, I will check this for you, thanks.

Hello, I have activated the VPN SERVER L2TP-IPSEC in the firewall. from clients i successfully connect to firewall in vpn, but i can't see all clients connected in local lan behind firewall. Did I do something wrong?
