I have the following problem, on my WX3100-T0, the option to disable the same settings for 2.4G and 5G wireless networks is greyed out ("Keep the same settings for 2.4G and 5G wireless networks" - is on and not active).

The access point is connected to the router via LAN, the operating mode is "AP Mode". Firmware Version: V5.50(ABVL.1.1)C0

The "Hide SSID" options are also inactive with the comment “Hide SSID does not support WPS 2.0. You should disable WPS in WPS page”, even though WPS is not used.

How to enable the ability on this AP to use separate settings for 2.4G and 5G wireless networks to make two separate SSIDs for 2.4G and 5G?

Screenshot from your AP or Nebula console?

Maybe this option is disable because of another setting?
I do not have direct experience with this model.

This is a MESH device and I don't think you can disable it.

@Orlang Yes, here is the solution. In order to do what you are looking for:
Go to the top right hand corner and select the collapsible menu
Then select Network Setting > Wireless
Once there, go to MESH tab and deactivate it. Apply the change.
Once done, now go to WPS tab and now you will be able to use the graphical button to deactivate WPS. Simply deactivate it, hit apply.
Go to General tab, and check the hide SSID checkbox, hit Apply again.
Finally, go back to the top right hand corner collapsible button, select Connection Status > Wifi Settings > click the blue arrow and check the Hide WiFi network name checkbox > Save.

    And you are done!

Have a great day/evening depending on where you are!
