Why does the Nebula app keep on saying device can't be find I try to scan the QR code and hy doing it manually

Hi @Jeanine,

I think the device you try to register is the model that supports Nebula CC, right?
You could check this post to verify whether it supports Nebula CC or not.

Also, could you PM me the screenshot including the MAC address/Serial number/QR code for me to check? Many thanks.
