using rsync on NSA325 v2

Hello everyone, I have a Zyxel NSA325 v2 and I am trying to download backups from a Linux server using rsync. However, it seems that my device does not support rsync. Is there any way to use rsync on my device, or would I need to change the main OS to a Linux OS to be able to use rsync? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    rsync is in the RandomTools package which comes available when you install MetaRepository. Instructions here: http://zyxel.diskstation.eu/Users/Mijzelf/zypkg-repo/ . Scroll down.

    thank you ♥

    I installed ‘MetaRepository’ Manually ‘ but there is a problem, I still can't find the rsync or any packages in my packages list, I also checked the ‘ftp://ftp2.zyxel.com/’ and couldn't find any related dir to NSA325 V2

    could you please send me the repository link that already has the NSA325 V2 packages?

    regards

    Manually? Well, that could give configuration problems. The installer detects it's source, and then changes it's repo url. That doesn't work when installed manually.

    But when the webinterface works, you can change it yourself. The repo which is on nas-central.org should be

    http://zyxel.diskstation.eu/Users/Mijzelf/zypkg-repo/fw4/ . ZyXEL has removed all their old nas-stuff from their ftp server, but I have a backup here: http://zyxel.diskstation.eu/Users/Mijzelf/zypkg-repo/fw4_stock_packages/
