VMG1312-B30A cannot add another time frame in Parental Control Profile

Hello,

I am trying to add another time frame/bar in a Parental Control Profile. According to the manual, up to 3 time bars are allowed and can be added with clicking the plus icon:

Unfortunately, I can't see this plus icon in my profile:

I would like to add more than one timeframe, does anyone know why the plus is missing`?

Are you able to say what version of firmware your device is running please?

- This information could help to find out if this is a known issue or not.

The VMG1312-B30A is end of life by Zyxel.

So if there is a bug not fixed by the last version of firmware available at https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/4403361365778-CPE-Devices-Advanced-Downloads-Firmwares-and-other-resources- then it will not get fixed.

thank you for your response and my late reaction. My Firmware would be:

It is the firmware recommended by my german internet provider for this router:

I don't know if 1.00(AATO.11)C0 would be a newer firmware?

Thanks for your reply.

I see that the telecom hilfe (help) page says use V1.00(aaeb7)D0, which is also listed on the https://support.zyxel.eu/hc/en-us/articles/4403361365778-CPE-Devices-Advanced-Downloads-Firmwares-and-other-resources- page as the one for telecom

The 1.00(AATO.11)C0 might be newer, but your device could not be upgraded to it because the letters are different to the letters in the lelecom customised firmware.

I think that you might need to stay with what you have, unless you change device.
