nr7101 in bridge mode?

Hi, I have one nr7101 on the roof. It is connected to my Wifi router.

I am considering purschasing an outdoor accespoint which I would place beside the nr7101 to get wifi access to my yard.

Now I read that there is a " bridge mode (cellular IP passthrough)".

If I would use ethe cellular IP passthrough mode - Would I get long distance internet with my nr7101? Would the network name and password be the same as for my wifi router?

From your description, we assume that your typology as NR7101­--- Wifi router --- Outdoor Access point.

We assume that you'd like to know about the the Ethenet connection distance from NR7101­ to Wifi router.

When you enable NR7101’s IP passthrough, the NR7101 will pass to the Wifi router, not related to the distance internet with NR7101. If there is another scenario, please share with us.

Would the network name and password be the same as for my wifi router?

The network name and password can be configured manually, please refer to this FAQ.
