VMG4005-B50B can't login after reset

I've reset my modem a couple times (holding down reset until it reboots). I can't seem to login via ssh/telnet/web using the username (admin) and password on the bottom of the unit. Nor do any of the common passwords (admin, 1234). I keep getting authentication failed.

Any help would be appreciated.
