Sonos Play:1 won't connect with Zyxel EX3301 T0 router

I have just had a Zyxel router installed and my Sonos Play:1 won't connect. The mobile I am running the Sonos 2 app on is connected to the router's wifi but when I try to update the network it says the speaker is not found. The same happens if I connect the speaker directly to the router with ethernet. The System option on the app is also greyed out.

Any advice please?
