Sonos Play:1 won't connect with Zyxel EX3301 T0 router

I have just had a Zyxel router installed and my Sonos Play:1 won't connect. The mobile I am running the Sonos 2 app on is connected to the router's wifi but when I try to update the network it says the speaker is not found. The same happens if I connect the speaker directly to the router with ethernet. The System option on the app is also greyed out.
Any advice please?

Did you find Sonos support for help?
Their community might have other users who have a similar problem as yours.
