Can Zyxel confirming which power supply correct for this hub. 12v 3amp output or 12v 4amp output?
Because someone saying using 12v 3amp or 12v 2amp will caused 5G disconnection! 12v 4amp has solved the problem to stable 5G connected?

Hi @bulldog715,
I found the datasheet of NR5103 shows its power consumption is 48W (peak). So I think it is wise to use a 12v 4amp adapter to avoid any power peak occurring.
If the device could not get sufficient power, any problem will occur.

It talks there about using a 12v 4A Gigabit Power over Ethernet (PoE) device to power the NR5103E.
Kind regards,
Tony
