    Hi @Casey,

Thanks for the information. Since the security concern, I have helped to remove some screenshots and the video.

According to the Web GUI screenshot, you use 192.168.1.1, which is the same default IP address for GS1920 and GS1900, to access your switch.

Could you change the IP address of GS1900 and use "192.168.1.1" to access the GS1920?

    Hi @Casey,

The Mac Address and Serial number do not match with the Web GUI.

And just like I mentioned in the last reply, could you change the IP address of GS1900 and use "192.168.1.1" to access the GS1920?

um, perhaps there have been too many messages

the problem is that YES the MAC address and the serial number do not match the web UI.

I do not have a 1900. There is not one in my home.

    I have the 1920. I did a factory reset.

I am accessing the 1920 via the IP 192.168.1.1 That is the procedure after a factory reset.

the 1920 is serving up the old web UI.

    Hi @Casey,

Factory default GS1920 will not downgrade to GS1900.

Could you download ZON and scan what device ZON found? Please connect your PC/laptop directly to the GS1920 before the scan.
