Can I get my account deleted please?

Hello, I registered to use Zyxel Nebula but I want to remove my account now and I can't. Can this be done for me? Remove all my data and my account please.

Hi Melen,

I have sent an email when you replied (in April) but not heard anything back. I am still getting emails from Zyxel without an ability to unsubscribe. This is quite poor and brings down the image of Zyxel in my view.

Can you look into this or explain why there has been no response after requesting my information be removed?
