I have configured dozens of Flex 200’s with the Nebula and now since the new dashboard update, I can no longer do that. Here are my steps

  1. I take a brand-new Firewall out of the box, Connect Wan port to a DHCP source and connect my laptop to the LAN port.
  2. I can browse, DHCP from firewall works fine. No issues.
  3. I now want add my new firewall to the Nebula Dashboard.
  4. I make no changes to the firewall at this time. I send myself the JSON file and send it to my new firewall. Like I have done many times before.
  5. The Apply, Config and Verify go with no issues. all is green.
  6. Within a few seconds, I can no longer ping the Default Gateway of the firewall, and I have no internet access.
  7. I do an ipconfig and I have a correct IP address. I can also ping other devices on that network. except the Default Gateway.
  8. I have to paperclip it in order to get a functioning laptop again.

This was not an issue before this new dashboard.
I will grab another new Flex200 and give that one a try. But I wanted to find out if others are Running into this. I have 20 of these to setup here. I need this fixed.

    Downloading the latest firmware V5.35(ABUI.0)

I will see if that helps and post my findings.

Nope, even after taking the latest firmware. I am still not able to do anything after using the ZTP.
