Hello,

I am setting up my NBG7510 and have updated it to V1.00(ABZY.3)C0 ok.

I am using my Zyxel DSL home gateway to get to the Internet successfully, so I have not configured any Broadband settings in the NBG7510.

The WAN port is connected to a LAN port on my Zyxel DSL home gateway and has come up as shown below.

However, I cannot find how to add a static route. The Routing sub menu is not showing, see below.

How can I get the Routing sub menu to show please?

Kind regards,

Tony

    Hi @Zyxel_Jerry

I think that I have found a configuration issue as the root of my problem.

I found that if I added a Trust Domain for 192.168.1.0/24 into the NBG7510 and enabled Ping, HTTP and HTTPS for WAN under Remote Management, then I could Ping successfully the NBG7510 on 192.168.123.1 and could login to the web console from a host on 192.168.1.0/24 subnet.

The routing was already present, but the configuration for Remote Management wasn't because I have the NBG7510 WAN port connected to a LAN port on my Zyxel DSL home gateway.

So configuration issue for me. My issue is now solved.

    Kind regards,

    Tony

    Thanks @Zyxel_Jerry for your reply.

Does this mean that there is not a way to add static routes in the NBG7510?

    Kind regards,

    Tony

    Hi @tonygibbs16

We currently do not have a plan for this feature.

    Thanks @Zyxel_Jerry for your reply.

I think that this is an omission for a router.

I have raised it as a Consumer Idea.

    Kind regards,

    Tony
