Can't login to my router web

Hello,
I can't login to my Zyxel router web interface
I have input the default user name and password but still. All I am getting is wrong username/password.

Thanks Tony. I got it sorted.

I later called the CC. The first person that spoke with me said I should restart, reset and unplug but unfortunately it didn't work. I called following day and the new representative asked me to try the serial number.. VIOLA it went through.
