[NEBULA] License Renewal UTM
Accepted Solution

Hi @JuJu,
Welcome to Zyxel community.
If your license has already expired, the 1 year renewal will start at the day you activate new license.
If it hasn't expired yet, the renewal license point will be added to the existing license, and the expiration date will re-calculate.
For example:
You remain 5 NCC points in your organization and you want to extend 1 year license for NSW, so you buy 1 year NCC license and activate it.
Because NSW needs 35 license points per year, you will find that the total license points you have is 40 NCC points and the expiration date has extended for 1 year.
Please note that the license will share to all devices in the same organization.
That is, if your have not only NSW but also NAP or NSG in the same organization, but you only buy license for NSW, you will find the expiration date is less than you expect.
The expiration date will be re-calculated every time you register new device or unregister exist device.
BTW, you may go to "HELP > License calculator" to calculate the license you need for your Nebula device.
Hope it helps.
