Nebula Pro Trial Pack License Not Working

Hello,

I activated the Nebula Pro Trial pack 30 day license. However there is a banner on top saying I am using the Base pack.

How do I apply the trial license?

    Hi @aduw1ng,

    When the Nebula Pro Pack trial is activated, you will see your organization is using the Base pack.

    It is a normal behavior, you could check the Pro Pack trial status in Organization > License & Inventory > trial.

    We have the same problem - activated the pro trial license for a new customer but it shows (in German) "in Bearbeitung" (= in processing) for several days now.

    Hi @Lohkamp

    You see the banner is because enable the Nebula Pro pack trial will not change your organization type, if you mentioned the pro trial license is in the License & Inventory > trial tab.

    Although the organization type is base pack, you can still use all of the features including those that require the organization type to be PLUS/PRO pack.
