Configurable Mobile Router Features on the Nebula Control Center.

Based on the request from user @k1s , we would like to propose the implementation of configurable mobile router features on the Nebula control center. The most useful features would be LAN IP address, DHCP on/off,5G and 4G bands, and Cell lock.
