USG Flex 100 Stuck In ZTP Mode And Can't Be Configured In Nebula

We have been trying everything to get this USG Flex 100 Firewall to appear in Nebula. It shows but is steadily in ZTP Mode, and none of the features are available. We have tried email provisioning and USB but have failed to succeed! Thanks in advance for your assistance. What can we do to get all of the features of the device to show up in Nebula?

Hi @RGMConsulting,

Make sure you reset this USG FLEX 100 to default settings by pressing the button "RESET" before doing ZTP. If it is still not working, please send the S/N and MAC address to me in private message. We will check the status of this device on nebula. Thanks!
