[USGFLEX50] Upgrade Firmware failed

Good morning,
I have to update the firmware of a USGFlex50 from version 5.30 ABAQ.0 to 5.36 ABAQ.2, but every attempt is unsuccessful.
I've tried updating via cloud, via ftp, manually.
I have no error, simply the firewall does not complete the procedure. Even restarting the firewall I always have version 5.30 ABAQ.0.
How can I fix? Thank you

You can download 5.31 and 5.32 here

unplug from WAN reboot then upgrade might help

I tried upgrading to 5.31 and 5.32 (with reboot), but the firewall won't reboot and the 5.30 firmware remains.
