Hello,

I would like to know what it is and how to use.

What are the ways to transition from Cloud Mode ? Do I have to be in Standalone mode…
Will LADP work, with other devices in Cloud Mode ? Last time I used Standalone it didn't.

For clarification I would like that this still works:

Is there a post or documentation of this?
Also some screenshots would be appreciated. How it looks in NCC.

In the Release Notes from Nebula Control Center - Phase 17.10

  1. New Cloud monitoring mode is added. User can primarily configure and manage Firewall locally and use cloud to assist remote monitoring, remote SSH & GUI access, configuration backup & restore and firmware upgrade. (Some features require Nebula Plus/Pro Pack license by the features’ definition on Nebula cloud)

Best regards

Felix Schneider

    Hi @FelixSchneider ,

When you enable monitor mode, your device must stay in on-premise mode, Once activated mode, you will be able to view status of your firewall in Nebula. Additionally, we provide additional management tool in Nebula which are particualary beneficail wehn managing multiple on-premise device. Include:

    -Centralized Software Update Policies:

Delegate software updates and maintenance schedules to the Nebula Control Center (NCC).

    -Full On-premise Firewall Settings:

Access a wide range of options and tools available in the firewall's on-premise Web GUI.

(•Cloud Monitoring Mode itself is Basic Pack feature while advanced options require organization in PRO/PLUS Pack status)

Please see the installation process ( Switching to Cloud Monitoring Mode should have no impact to Firewall settings and network services)

Find Monitor Mode ID at path "Organization-wide -> Organization-wide manage -> Organization settings"

Please feel free to contact us if any further assistances.

    Thank you
