ZyWALL 310 unexpected reboot

Hi,

We have problem with our ZyWALL 310 ... started since last week ...

Our device rebooting in every 3 days, we cannot find any info in the log files, now trying to save log to USB drive...

ZyWALL 310
firmware: V4.31(AAAB.0) / 2018-03-27 17:03:23
without UTM service

Does anyone having the same issue?

    Yes, 2 diff USG 1100 start rebooting in last 10 days. Now disable AV, maybe rebooting stops.Third USG 1100 in another area without internet works normal.

    I have a few ZyWALL 310, this problem is not observed.

    After 22 days it rebooted again... we are unhappy :(

    Log contains etc..:
    - NMI Watchdog interrupt on Core 0x00
    ..
    *** Chip soft reset soon ***
    ...

    Output the command:
    "Router> show software-watchdog-timer log"
    ...
    - Reason: Software Watchdog Reboot System
    ...
    - Reason: Fatal Error Cause System Reboot
    ...
    - CPU 0 Unable to handle kernel paging request at virtual address 0000000000000044

    etc..

    We are waiting the resolution...

    I confirm.
    After 2 weeks, 05/11/2018 was 2 unexpected reboots. Was holiday, can't collect logs via console.
    Now connect and wait.
