Connectivity failure with Amazon Blink cameras

in Home Router
I have recently had a DX3301-T0 router installed by my new ISP. However I’m unable to connect Amazon Blink cameras. Looking for suggestions to fix the problem

The answer lies in setting a static DNS on the LAN - Primary: 8.8.8.8 and Secondary: 8.8.4.4.
If you log in to the router 192.168.1.1 using the admin login. I you go to the bars top right and go to home networking. DNS is there and you need to change to static on LAN and set primary and secondary
