There are no clients shown in the Nebula Dashboard on any Accesspoints.

How can i fix that? Is Nebula Pro Pack needed?

    Hello @thierma

You don't need the Nebula Pro Pack for the Current Client to work.

To help troubleshoot this issue, could you please check the following:

    • Cloud Saving Mode: Please check if your Organization is currently in Cloud-saving mode. If it is, you can disable it on the top banner. This happens when you do not log into the organization for over 30 days, the organization automatically enters Cloud-saving mode to save the network bandwidth and cloud resources.
    • NTP: Please check if the firewall rule is blocking NTP. This could prevent Nebula from displaying connected clients.
    • Device Connections: Check if there are any devices connecting at Devices > choose the specific device > Live tools > Current stations tab. This can help determine if the issue is with the dashboard or the actual connections.

Please let us know if these steps help resolve your issue or if you need further assistance.

Thank you very much for the hint disableing the cloud service. That worked for me. After a few minutes it showed up the connected clients.
